Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of en.theneirokids.com and the purchase of any product sold through it. The website is operated by WoodArtisants LLC.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who You Are Buying From

Throughout these Terms we are referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”, and you are referred to as “you” or “the customer”.

2. Who May Buy

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Our products are designed for children, but they are sold to adults.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to use our products lawfully.

3. Our Products

Everything we sell is a digital product: printable workbooks, activity sheets, cards and similar educational materials, supplied as downloadable files.

Nothing is shipped physically. You print the materials yourself, or use them on screen.

Each product page states what is included: the number of pages, the file format, and the age range the material was designed for. That description forms part of your contract with us.

4. How an Order Is Made

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The payment is declined or flagged as fraudulent
  • The product was listed at an obviously incorrect price
  • We reasonably suspect the order is intended for resale or redistribution

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we refund it in full.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are shown on the product page in the currency indicated at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Where sales tax or value added tax applies, it is calculated and displayed before you confirm the order, so there are no additional charges afterwards. For digital products supplied to consumers in the European Union, VAT is applied according to the rules on the place of supply of electronically supplied services. For customers in the United States, applicable sales tax is calculated based on your location,

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Payment is taken at the moment you place the order. If a payment fails, the order is not completed and no files are delivered.

7. Delivery of Files

After a successful payment, you receive an email with a link to your files, hosted on Google Drive. Delivery is normally immediate and in any case within 24 hours.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam and promotions folders, then contact us at contact@theneirokids.com and we will resend your access manually.

You are responsible for downloading and saving your files. We keep access available for a reasonable period, but we do not guarantee indefinite hosting.

8. What You May Do With the Files

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence for personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

  • Print the materials as many times as you like, for the children in your own family
  • Store the files on your own devices and back them up
  • Use the materials at home or during private tutoring you provide to a single child

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent or give away the files
  • Share the download link, or upload the files anywhere others can obtain them
  • Distribute printed copies beyond your own family
  • Use the materials in a school, nursery, therapy practice or other institution without a separate licence from us
  • Modify the files and present the result as your own work
  • Remove or obscure our branding, watermarks or copyright notices

If you want to use our materials with a class or a group, contact us at contact@theneirokids.com and we will arrange an appropriate licence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our products — files, illustrations, layouts, text, the NeuroKids name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Buying a product gives you the licence described in section 8. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

10. Prohibited Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the website, for example through automated scraping or overloading
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our files other than through normal purchase

We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these Terms.

11. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, specific rules apply. These are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In short: if you are a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, unless you have asked for immediate delivery and confirmed at checkout that you understand this ends your right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the United States, refund terms are as set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds are always available where we failed to deliver, charged you twice, or supplied files that do not work.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings
  • Loss or corruption of data on your own devices
  • Any outcome arising from how the materials are used

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

13. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the site for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

We may add, change or discontinue products at any time. This does not affect orders already placed.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the moment you place it. Updates are posted here with a revised date.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or another jurisdiction, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country that cannot be excluded by agreement. We would always prefer to resolve a problem directly. Please contact us first at contact@theneirokids.com and we will do our best to sort it out. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to alternative dispute resolution. Consumers in the United States can find guidance through the Federal Trade Commission at consumer.ftc.gov. Consumers in the European Union may also find information through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform or their national consumer protection authority.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a right does not mean we waive it.

Educational Purpose — Not Medical Advice

Our materials are educational and are intended for play, practice and learning at home. They are designed to support attention, memory, logic and emotional awareness through age-appropriate activities.

They are not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, a therapy programme or a substitute for professional advice. We do not diagnose, treat or claim to treat any condition, including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, learning difficulties or developmental delay.

Children develop at different rates, and results depend on how the materials are used and how consistently. We do not promise any particular outcome, score or improvement.

If you have concerns about your child’s development, behaviour or learning, please speak to a paediatrician, psychologist or other qualified professional. Nothing on this website should delay you from seeking that advice.
